A complete postal address including pin code, email id and contact number is essential to help us ship your order. Kindly cross-check your pin-code and contact number and preferably alternative contact number before you complete your order.
We ship to all major cities and towns across India. However, certain remote areas may have limited delivery services. Please check the availability of shipping services for your area at the time of checkout.
If the ordered item is in stock, it will be packed and dispatched from our warehouse in a minimum of 2 business days and within 7 working days for Express Delivery based on the location, while 5 to 10 business days for Standard Delivery for most locations.
Delivery timelines depend on the location, courier service availability, and external factors such as weather conditions.
Remote and Outlying Areas: Deliveries may take up to 12-15 business days.
Please note that public holidays, regional restrictions, or natural events may cause delays
However if some of the ordered items are not in stock, then we will get them produced and have them dispatched within 10 working days of the order being placed. We will keep you informed under such circumstances.
Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Monday to Saturday: 9 AM to 10 PM. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.
If package is shown delivered on Tracking page of partner shippers page, It will be considered as Delivered if you face any issue with delivery after this you will need to contact the shipping company.
